BEA Product Life Cycle Policy

The BEA Product Support Life Cycle Policy provides consistent, predictable timelines for product support. The policy describes the levels of support available at various stages of the life cycle defined for a particular product, from initial release through its retirement.

BEA support is also affected by the life cycles of third-party products used with BEA software. As vendors of hardware, operating systems, JDKs, databases, Web servers, and browsers retire old releases of their products, you may find that certain aspects of your configurations are no longer supported. BEA reserves the right to terminate support of its products used in such unsupported configurations. Unless otherwise noted, BEA termination of support occurs once error correction is no longer generally available for third-party hardware, operating systems, JDKs, databases, Web servers, or browsers.
